Madde 3.4. de belirtilen kurallara uymak \u015fart\u0131yla, Sat\u0131\u015f Sonras\u0131 Hizmetler Y\u00f6neticili\u011finden (\u00fccreti ile) Baca Uzatma Par\u00e7as\u0131 temin edilerek, bu mesafeyi 4 metreye kadar tek dirsek kullan\u0131m \u015fart\u0131 ile uzatmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.\u00a0(Bu mesafe cihaz\u0131n teknik \u00f6zelliklerine g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015febilir, cihaz\u0131n teknik \u00f6zelliklerine bak\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.)<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Hermetik Cihazlar\u0131n Montaj\u0131n\u0131n Yap\u0131lamayaca\u011f\u0131 Yerler<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Binalar\u0131n genel kullan\u0131m\u0131na a\u00e7\u0131k merdiven bo\u015fluklar\u0131, koridorlar, ayd\u0131nl\u0131klar gibi yerlere monte edilmemelidir.<br \/>\nBaca duvarlar\u0131 \u00fczerine monte edilmemelidir.<br \/>\nCihaz, bir f\u0131r\u0131n veya ocak \u00fczerine monte edilmemelidir.<br \/>\nCihaz\u0131n monte edildi\u011fi mahalde donma tehlikesi olmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\nOrtamda asit buhar\u0131 bulunmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\nPatlay\u0131c\u0131 madde bulunan mahaller monte edilmemelidir.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>1. HermetikKombi \u0130\u00e7in Havaland\u0131rma<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hermetik kombiler, i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu ortam\u0131n havas\u0131n\u0131 kullanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, tak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 mahalde havaland\u0131rma \u015fart\u0131 aranmaz.Cihaz, \u00f6nden ve yandan kapal\u0131 bir dolap i\u00e7ine monte edilebilir. Zemin seviyesinin alt\u0131ndaki (bodrum katlar\u0131nda) Hermetik cihazlar, yaln\u0131z her cihaz\u0131n yanma havas\u0131 ve at\u0131k gaz boru hatlar\u0131 kendine ait kanallara(Kuranglez) a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131yorsa, tesis edilebilir. Kanallar\u0131n kesit alanlar\u0131 en az; Anma \u0131s\u0131l g\u00fcc\u00fc 14 kW&#8217;a kadar olan cihazlarda; 0.5 m\u00b2\u00a0Anma \u0131s\u0131l g\u00fcc\u00fc 14 kW&#8217;dan fazla olan cihazlarda; 0.75 m\u00b2\u00a0Kanal\u0131n k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck kenar boyutu en az 0.5 m olmal\u0131d\u0131r. (Yo\u011fu\u015fmal\u0131 kombilerde bu e\u011fim yukar\u0131ya do\u011fru verilmelidir.)<br \/>\nHermetik tip cihazlarda yanma havas\u0131 ve at\u0131k gaz boru \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f a\u011f\u0131zlar\u0131 yak\u0131t pompalar\u0131 ve yak\u0131t depolar\u0131ndan en az 5 m yatay uzakl\u0131kta olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\nHermetik tip cihazlarda, yanma havas\u0131 ve at\u0131k gaz boru \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f a\u011f\u0131zlar\u0131 \u00e7at\u0131 \u00fczerinden yap\u0131l\u0131yorsa, \u00e7at\u0131 y\u00fczeyi ile baca \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f a\u011fz\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki mesafe en az 40cm y\u00fckseklikte olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\nAt\u0131k gaz tesisat\u0131 \u00e7at\u0131dan yap\u0131labilecek cihazlar \u00e7at\u0131 katlar\u0131na veya \u00e7at\u0131\/teras alt\u0131ndaki odalara monte edilebilir. Ancak bu durumda;\u00a0Tavan\u0131n ate\u015fe dayan\u0131kl\u0131 olmas\u0131 gerekir.Cihaz\u0131n temiz yanma havas\u0131 temini ve at\u0131k gaz \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan &#8220;at\u0131k gaz tesisat\u0131&#8221; \u00e7at\u0131 aras\u0131nda ate\u015fe dayan\u0131kl\u0131 malzeme ile izole edilmelidir. Tavan ate\u015fe dayan\u0131kl\u0131 malzemeden de\u011fil ise&#8221;at\u0131k gaz tesisat\u0131&#8221; tavan ge\u00e7i\u015finden itibaren yanmayan malzeme ile izole edilmeli veya ayr\u0131 bir koruma borusu i\u00e7ine al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r.Hermetik at\u0131k gaz bacas\u0131n\u0131n duvardan \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 tercih edilmelidir. TSE belgeli olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Montajda kullan\u0131lacak malzemelerin g\u00f6zle muayenesi yap\u0131lacak, montaj \u00f6ncesi kir, pas ve \u00e7apaklardan ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Kalorifer tesisat\u0131 minimum 5 bar bas\u0131nca uygun \u015fekilde tesis edilmelidir.<\/li>\n<li>S\u0131cak su ve kalorifer tesisat\u0131 duvar ge\u00e7i\u015flerinde k\u0131l\u0131f kullan\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Radyat\u00f6rlerdeki havan\u0131n al\u0131nabilmesi i\u00e7in, her radyat\u00f6r grubuna hava tahliye purj\u00f6r\u00fc konulmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Kalorifer tesisat\u0131nda hava s\u0131k\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nleyici tedbir al\u0131nmal\u0131, gerekli yerlere purj\u00f6r konulmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Cihaz\u0131n montaj\u0131na ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce kalorifer tesisat\u0131 devresi bol su ak\u0131t\u0131larak yabanc\u0131 maddelerden temizlenmelidir.<\/li>\n<li>\u0130lk \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma i\u00e7in yetkili servis \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lmadan \u00f6nce tesisat su ile doldurularak hidrolik test uygulanmal\u0131 ve borulardaki s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k mutlaka sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Emniyet ventilinden tahliye edilen suyu, su giderine iletmek \u00fczere, tahliye hortumu ba\u011flanmas\u0131 uygundur. Tahliye hatt\u0131 \u00fczerine vana konulmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Kalorifer tesisat\u0131 kritik hat bas\u0131n\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc, kombi sirk\u00fclasyon pompas\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131layabilece\u011fi bas\u0131n\u00e7 de\u011ferinden b\u00fcy\u00fck olmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Yap\u0131mc\u0131 firma, kalorifer tesisat\u0131 kritik hat, bas\u0131n\u00e7 kayb\u0131 hesab\u0131 yapmal\u0131, kombi pompas\u0131n\u0131n bu bas\u0131n\u00e7 kayb\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layabilece\u011fi, kullanma k\u0131lavuzlar\u0131ndaki pompa karakteristik e\u011frilerine g\u00f6re kontrol etmelidir. Firma pompan\u0131n hangi kademede \u00e7al\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 Yetkili servise bildirmelidir. Tesisatlar standartlara uygun yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Tesisat yap\u0131l\u0131rken boru boyundan, dirseklerden ve vanalardan kaynaklanan kay\u0131plar hesaplanmal\u0131, bu diren\u00e7leri kar\u015f\u0131layacak \u015fekilde kombi se\u00e7ilmeli veya ilave pompa kullan\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">B\u00fcy\u00fck bir tesisatta \u00f6rne\u011fin 2\u20134 daireye tek kombi konulmas\u0131 durumunda pompa ve genle\u015fme deposundan kaynaklanabilecek sorunlar:<br \/>\nE\u011fer iki veya daha fazla daireye ayn\u0131 kombi ya da kat kaloriferinden enerji verilecekse; \u00d6ncelikle \u0131s\u0131 kayb\u0131 hesab\u0131 yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Kullan\u0131lacak genle\u015fme deposunun se\u00e7imi de iyi yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130ki dairedeki toplam radyat\u00f6rlerin \u0131s\u0131 kapasitesi hesaplanmal\u0131 bunlar\u0131n genle\u015fmesi durumundaki su hacminin mevcut depo ile kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131p kar\u015f\u0131lanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na bak\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Kar\u015f\u0131lamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 taktirde ek depo konulmal\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\nTesisattaki dirsek vana ve borulardan kaynaklanan diren\u00e7 toplam\u0131 kat kaloriferi ya da kombinin \u00fczerinde standart olarak bulunan pompan\u0131n bas\u0131nc\u0131ndan daha y\u00fcksek de\u011ferlerde kal\u0131rsa pompa suyu dola\u015ft\u0131rmaya yetmemektedir. Bu y\u00fczden pompa se\u00e7imi iyi yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.Yerden \u0131s\u0131tmada boru boyunun uzun tutulmas\u0131 kaynaklanan kombi verim sorunu\u00a0Burada boru boyunun uzun olmas\u0131 ve kavislerin fazlal\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 diren\u00e7 artmakta ve pompan\u0131n direnci bunu yenememektedir. Buda kombi verimini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmektedir.\u00a0Pislik tutucular\u0131n \u00e7ap\u0131n\u0131n darl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan kaynaklanan sorunlar:Pislik tutucular\u0131n \u00e7ap\u0131n\u0131n darl\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u00f6ncelikle filtre sisteminin t\u0131kanmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7ar.Tesisatta su ka\u00e7\u0131rma problemi oldu\u011funda tesisata s\u00fcrekli olarak su takviyesi yap\u0131lmakta, bu da zaman i\u00e7erisinde pislik tutucunun dolmas\u0131na ve direncin artmas\u0131na neden olmaktad\u0131r.Bu nedenle ka\u00e7aklar\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi gerekmektedir.
