Leijyonella bakterisi nemli ve sulu ortamlarda ya\u015far ve \u00e7o\u011fal\u0131r.Lejyoner hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli risk fakt\u00f6rleri ki\u015finin solunum direncini veya genel v\u00fccut direncini zay\u0131flatan etkilerdir.Lejyonella bakterisi i\u00e7in en uygun s\u0131cakl\u0131k 37\u00b0C &#8216;dir. 37\u00b0C s\u0131cakl\u0131kta ve uygun ortamda 2 saat i\u00e7inde 2 kat\u0131na kadar \u00e7\u0131kabilir. \u00dcremesinin durdu\u011fu s\u0131cakl\u0131k 46\u00b0C&#8217;dir. 50\u00b0C&#8217;de ise ancak birka\u00e7 saat ya\u015fayabilir. 60\u00b0C-70\u00b0C aras\u0131nda ya\u015fama \u015fans\u0131 \u00e7ok azd\u0131r.Boyler de lejyonella bakterisinin ya\u015fay\u0131p \u00fcremesi i\u00e7in uygun bir ortamd\u0131r. Lejyonella bakterisine kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fitli dezenfekte y\u00f6ntemleri geli\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Bunlar; &#8220;<strong>Is\u0131tma ve y\u0131kama&#8221;<\/strong>, &#8220;<strong>klorlama&#8221;<\/strong>, &#8220;<strong>ozonlama&#8221;<\/strong>, &#8220;<strong>yo\u011fun ultra viyole \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile muamele etmek&#8221;<\/strong> ve &#8220;<strong>anot oksidasyonudur&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En yayg\u0131n bula\u015fma yolu binalardaki s\u0131hhi tesisat ve klima tesisat\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Solunabilen aerosolde (pulverize haldeki su ile hava kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131nda) su tanecik b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fckleri 1-5 mikron \u00e7ap aral\u0131\u011f\u0131ndad\u0131r.
