Teflonu kalkm\u0131\u015f paftalar neden kullan\u0131lmamal\u0131d\u0131r?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Teflonu zarar g\u00f6ren paftalar kullan\u0131lmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Teflonu zarar g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f paftalara boru ve fittingslerin \u0131s\u0131tma s\u0131ras\u0131nda y\u00fczeyleri yap\u0131\u015fabilir. Teflonu bozulmu\u015f olan paftalar mutlaka yenileri ile de\u011fi\u015ftirilmelidir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>6. Kaynak paftalar\u0131 yeterli \u0131s\u0131nm\u0131yorsa sorun ne olabili?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">a)\u00a0Paftalar kaynak makinas\u0131na tam olarak s\u0131k\u0131lmam\u0131\u015fsa \u0131s\u0131t\u0131c\u0131 y\u00fczey ve pafta y\u00fczeyi aras\u0131nda hafif bo\u015fluk, kaynak makinas\u0131n\u0131n \u0131s\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n pafta y\u00fczeyine ge\u00e7i\u015fini engelledi\u011fi i\u00e7in paftalar yeterli \u0131s\u0131nmaz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">b) Kaynak makinas\u0131n\u0131n termostat ayar\u0131 bozulmu\u015f olabilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">c) Kaynak makinas\u0131n\u0131n \u0131s\u0131t\u0131c\u0131 y\u00fczeyinin i\u00e7indeki rezistans hasar g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f olabilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">d) Paftalar kaynak makinas\u0131na (16-63mm kaynak makinas\u0131 800W \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan) do\u011fru \u015fekilde monte edilmelidir. Dar mekanlarda kaynak yapabilmek i\u00e7in 40 mm \u00fczerindeki paftalar kaynak makinas\u0131n\u0131n u\u00e7 k\u0131sm\u0131na monte edilir. Pafta y\u00fczeyi tam olarak\u00a0\u0131s\u0131t\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 da kaynak hatal\u0131 olur. 40mm \u00fczerindeki paftalar daima kaynak makinas\u0131n\u0131n en geri k\u0131sm\u0131ndaki deli\u011fe monte edilmelidir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>7. Kaynak makinas\u0131n\u0131n rezistans\u0131 neden hasar g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f olabilir?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">a) Kaynak makinas\u0131n\u0131 fi\u015ften \u00e7ekip so\u011fumas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00fczerine su d\u00f6k\u00fclmesi rezistansa zarar verir. Oysa kendi halinde so\u011fumal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">b) \u015eantiye ortam\u0131nda d\u00fczensiz voltajdan da rezistans zarar g\u00f6rebilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>8. Gerekli voltaj miktar\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in nelere dikkat edilmelidir?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kaynak makinas\u0131n\u0131n kablosunun uzunlu\u011funun 30 metreyi ge\u00e7memesi \u00f6nerilir. Ayr\u0131ca her montaj kat\u0131na yeni bir elektrik panosu yap\u0131lmas\u0131yla d\u00fczenli elektrik sa\u011flanabilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>9. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck voltajla kaynak yapman\u0131n sak\u0131ncas\u0131 nedir?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kaynak i\u00e7in gerekli olan uygun s\u0131cakl\u0131k sa\u011flanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in boru ve ba\u011flant\u0131 par\u00e7alar\u0131 tam olarak birle\u015fmez ve so\u011fuk f\u00fczyona sebep olur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>10. Kaynak makinas\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131ktan hemen sonra kullan\u0131labilir mi?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kaynak makinas\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 260\u00b0C&#8217; ye ula\u015f\u0131ncaya kadar beklenmelidir. Ortam s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak bu s\u00fcre 10- 30 dakika aras\u0131ndad\u0131r. \u0130lk kaynak s\u0131cakl\u0131k 260\u00b0C&#8217; ye ula\u015ft\u0131ktan 5 dakika sonra yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>11. 5\u00b0 alt\u0131ndaki so\u011fuk hava \u015fartlar\u0131nda makinalar daha iyi \u0131s\u0131ts\u0131n diye termostat ayarlar\u0131 300\u00b0C&#8217;ye ve \u00fcst\u00fcne getirilmesi do\u011fru bir uygulamam\u0131d\u0131r?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>11.  5\u00b0 alt\u0131ndaki so\u011fuk hava \u015fartlar\u0131nda makinalar daha iyi \u0131s\u0131ts\u0131n diye  termostat ayarlar\u0131 300\u00b0C&#8217;ye ve \u00fcst\u00fcne getirilmesi do\u011fru bir  uygulamam\u0131d\u0131r?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bu yanl\u0131\u015f bir uygulamad\u0131r. Makinalar\u0131n  termostat ayarlar\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirilebildi\u011finden dolay\u0131 makinn\u0131n \u0131s\u0131tma  de\u011ferleri 300\u00b0C ve \u00fcst\u00fcne ayarlan\u0131r. Bu nedenle malzemeler gere\u011finden  fazla \u0131s\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan dolay\u0131, homojen bir \u015fekilde kaynama \u00f6zelli\u011fini  kaybeder. A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u0131s\u0131nma ayr\u0131ca boru ve fittings \u00e7eperlerinin de  daralmas\u0131na neden olur. Do\u011frusu \u0131s\u0131tma derecesine de\u011fil \u0131s\u0131tma s\u00fcresini  %50 oran\u0131nda artt\u0131rmakt\u0131r. Termostat ayarlar\u0131n\u0131n tekrar eski haline  (260\u00b0C&#8217;ye) de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi durumunda malzemeler istenilen s\u0131cakl\u0131kta  \u0131s\u0131t\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in so\u011fuk kaynak yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olur.<strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>12.Borular\u0131n \u00e7aplar\u0131na g\u00f6re; kaynak derinli\u011fi, \u0131s\u0131tma, so\u011futma ve kaynak s\u00fcreleri ne anlama gelmektedir?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kaynak derinli\u011fi<\/strong>: I\u0131stma s\u0131ras\u0131nda ve sonras\u0131nda borunun fittingin i\u00e7ine girece\u011fi en \u00e7ok derinli\u011fi g\u00f6sterir. \u0130\u015faretlemeden \u00f6nce boru do\u011fru a\u00e7\u0131da ve d\u00fczg\u00fcn bir \u015fekilde kesilmelidir. Boru paftan\u0131n i\u00e7ine d\u00f6nd\u00fcrmeden sabit bir \u015fekilde i\u015faretlenmi\u015f olan kaynak derinli\u011fine kadar itilmelidir. \u0130\u015faretlenmi\u015f kaynak derinli\u011finin ge\u00e7ilmemesi gerekirmektedir. Borunun kaynak derinli\u011fini, kaynak makinalar\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7inde \u00e7\u0131kan \u015fablon yard\u0131m\u0131 ile borunun \u00fczerine i\u015faretlenebilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Is\u0131tma s\u00fcresi<\/strong>: Malzemelerin \u0131s\u0131nma s\u00fcresidir. Boru ve fittings pafta i\u00e7ine tam olarak oturduktan sonra ba\u015flar ve boru \u00e7aplar\u0131na g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fir. Gerekli &#8220;<strong>\u0131s\u0131nma s\u00fcresi<\/strong>&#8221; sonunda boru ve fittings ayn\u0131 anda paftadan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.Genellikle yap\u0131lan en b\u00fcy\u00fck hata, boru ve fittingsin paftaya tam oturduktan sonra \u0131s\u0131tma s\u00fcresi beklemeden \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131p kaynak yap\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kaynak s\u00fcresi:<\/strong>Is\u0131tma s\u00fcresi sonunda boru ve fittings paftadan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131r \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmaz bu zamana dilimi i\u00e7inde birle\u015ftirilmelidir. Bu s\u00fcre a\u015f\u0131l\u0131rsa malzeme so\u011fuyaca\u011f\u0131ndan sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir kaynak olmaz. En fazla yap\u0131lan hatalardan birisi de borunun fittingsin i\u00e7ine rahat bir \u015fekilde girebilmesi i\u00e7in \u00e7evrilerek birle\u015ftirilmesidir. Bu \u015fekilde yap\u0131lan kaynak sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olmaz. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Boru hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde \u00e7evrilmemelidir<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Birle\u015ftirme s\u0131ras\u0131nda fazla g\u00fc\u00e7 uygulanmamal\u0131, sadece boru kaynak derinli\u011fi kadar fittignse sokulmal\u0131d\u0131r. Boru ve fittings en az kaynak s\u00fcresi kadar sabit tutulmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>So\u011fuma s\u00fcresi:<\/strong> Bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 uygulamaya almadan \u00f6nce beklenmesi gereken s\u00fcredir.<\/p>\n<p>Paftalar\u0131 kaynak makinas\u0131na do\u011fru \u015feklide monte edilmelidir. Paftayla kaynak makinas\u0131 \u0131s\u0131t\u0131c\u0131 y\u00fczeyi aras\u0131nda bo\u015fluk olmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Paftalar\u0131n s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda kesinlikle kerpeten kullan\u0131lmamal\u0131d\u0131r.
